In this article, you will learn how to set up Tango Card in Panel Management so that you can offer their rewards to your panelists.
You will need an account with Tango Card in order to connect Tango Card to Panel Management.
1: Retrieving Tango Card Credentials from Tango Card
Before you can set up Tango Card in Panel Management, you will need your Tango Card API key, the platform name, Group Identifier and the Account Identifier.
Once you have logged in to your Tango Card account, click Team Settings in the navigation sidebar.
On the Tango Card Team Settings page, in the RaaS API keys section, click Manage.
On the Raas API keys page, click Generate API key. Follow the instructions.
The platform name is noted right above the header "Your API keys". Record the platform name as you will need it to connect Panel Management with Tango Card.
Note: This value must not include spaces. If it does, contact your Tango representative to adjust.
Click on the eye icon to unmask your API key. Record the API key as you will need it to connect Panel Management with Tango Card.
Navigate Back to Team Settings. On the Tango Card Team Settings page, in the Account section, click Manage.
On the Account page, identify your group and select “Group Details”. Record your “Group Identifier” as you will need it to connect Panel Management with Tango Card. As a standard, this an alphanumeric value starting with “G”, but can be custom.
Navigate back to the Account page and identify your account. Select “Account Details” and record your “Account Identifier” , as you will need it to connect Panel Management with Tango Card. As a standard, this an alphanumeric value starting with “A”, but can be custom.

2: Setting up the Reward Email to be sent to Panelists
The Reward email is set up inside your Tango Card account.
Note: If you need different invites for translations, you will need to create an email template for each language.
Log in to your Tango Card account. Select Templates from the navigation sidebar.
On the Templates page, click Create Email Template.
Enter a template name and click Continue.
Edit your template as desired. Once you have finished your edits, click Next.
Select the access level and click Next. Select Organization Access if you plan to use the template more than once.
Select template default option. The Platform default is used by Panel Management when the Campaign field in the Tango Card General settings (in Panel Management) is left blank. Click Save.
The alphanumeric text below the Template Name for each email template is the email template id. This unique alphanumeric string should be entered in the Campaign field (in Panel Management) to localize the rewards email.

3: Setting up Tango Card in Panel Management
In Panel Management, open the Redemption Manager. From the navigation menu, open the Panel functions drop-down menu and select Redemption Manager.
Click New redemption. The Add redemption modal displays.
From the Vendor drop-down menu, select Tango Card. If you have multiple languages, select the appropriate language tab to modify.
Fill out the Tango Card text fields as appropriate. Use the Context Help (the (?) icon to the right of the page title Add Redemption) or visit Redemption Manager for assistance.
Note: The "Country filter" makes the entire redemption only available to panelists from that country. If you need a different card selection for different countries, you need have to create one Redemption per country and then only select cards relevant to that country.
For Environment, select Production.
Add the Platform name, Platform key, Customer, Account Identifier, and Campaign from your Tango Card account.
Contact your Tango representative for assistance locating these items.
Platform Name: See Section 1. The needed value is “Platform Name”. This value cannot include spaces. Please contact your Tango representative to adjust if needed.
Platform Key: See Section 1. The needed value is your API key.
Customer: See Section 1: The needed value for customer is “Group Identifier”.
Account Identifier: See Section 1. The needed value is “Account Identifier”.
Campaign: See Section 2. The needed value is the alphanumeric text below the Template Name (Email Template ID).
Click Add. A modal appears to allow you to select the rewards to be offered to the panelist in the Community. Use the Display cards for filter to limit card options to countries your panelist can redeem from.
By default, all card options are not selected. Select the gift cards to display and add a redemption cost (points). For variable gift cards, you can add multiple custom redemption values.
Note: You must click the save icon next to each reward to include it in the panelist offerings.
Click Save to close the modal and add Tango Card as a redemption option to the Community.
