In this article, you will learn how to set up Virtual Incentives in Panel Management that creates offer rewards to your panelists.
Note: You will need an account with Virtual Incentives in order to connect Virtual Incentives to Panel Management.
1: Retrieving Virtual Incentives Credentials from Virtual Incentives
Before you can set up Virtual Incentives in Panel Management, you will need your Virtual Incentives API Key.
Once you have logged in to your Virtual Incentives account, click on API in navigation header, and select API.
On the API page, in the API keys section, click Generate Credential. Enter your desired Credential name and click Generate Credential.
Copy your generated credentials.
Note: Write down your key before closing the modal. You will not be able to view the key again once the modal is closed.

2: Whitelisting IP Address
In order to use Virtual Incentives rewards redemption, you will need to whitelist your IP address of your panel install so Virtual Incentives will accept the connection between Panel management and Virtual Incentives for panelist rewards redemption.
You will need to reach out to your Forsta account representative to acquire the IP address of your panel install. Once you have the IP address, log into your Virtual Incentives account and click API in the navigation header. Click Whitelist and add the IP address you received from your Forsta account representative and add it to the Production IP Whitelist. Once completed, click Save Changes. If you need to add new IP address, repeat the process again.

3: Setting up the Reward Email to be sent to Panelists
The Reward email is set up by your Virtual Incentives account representative. You will need to work with them to get that set up. After it has been set up by your Virtual Incentives Account representative, they will provide you with the Programs name and you can select that from the Programs dropdown in the redemption modal.
Note: If you need different invites for translations, you will need to work with your Virtual Incentives account representative to create an email template for each language and they will provide you with different Program’s name for each language
4: Setting up Virtual Incentives in Panel Management
In Panel Management, open the Redemption Manager. From the navigation menu, open the Panel functions drop-down menu and select Redemption Manager.
Click New redemption. The Add redemption modal displays.
From the Vendor drop-down menu, select Virtual Incentives. If you have multiple languages, select the appropriate language tab to modify.

Fill out the Name, Processing message, Confirm message, No gift cards available message, and Internal name fields as desired. Use the Context Help (the (?) icon to the right of the page title Add Redemption) or refer to Redemption Manager for assistance.
Add the Username and Password, the credentials that you acquired from your Virtual Incentives account. Once the credentials are entered, the Programs and Select SKU fields will be enabled with options to select from.
Click Add. A modal appears to allow you to select the rewards to be offered to the panelist in the Community. Utilize the Display cards for filter to limit card options to countries your panelist can redeem from.
Click the save icon next to each reward to include it in the panelist offerings.
Click Save to close the modal and add Tremendous as a redemption option to the Community.
