All point transactions completed by panelists are tracked within Panel Management and can be retrieved using the point reconciliation report.
To view your panelists' points transactions, first click "Point Reconciliation" under the "Data & Statistics" menu.
Then specify a date range for the report and click "Generate Report".
Note: Only one point reconciliation report can be run at a time.
Once generated, the reconciliation report will appear as an export in the list. The reconciliation report contains the following details for panelist point transactions:

Identifier | The panelist's unique identifier. |
Timestamp | The time stamp when the reward was earned. For redemptions, it's the time when the redemption was approved. For expired reward points, whenever they were marked as expired. |
Category | Possible values: referral, registration, survey, administrative, redemption, expired. |
Points | The amount of points that were earned, spent or expired. |
Admin Notes | Admin notes are included with administrative rewards / deductions and most other rewards. |
Project ID | If the points were given because the panelist participated in a project, this column will contain that project's ID. |
Project Name | The name of the project that the panelist participated in. |
Project Manager | The designated project manager (optional) of the project that the panelist participated in. |
Redeemed for | If the points were spent on a redemption, this will include the name of the redemption. Only approved redemption requests are included - rejected or pending requests are not. |
